This product cannot be returned or refunded.

If you want to give the card to someone as a gift, you can fill in their details when you checkout so that they receive the card directly to their mailbox. Otherwise, it will be sent to you and you can of course transfer it to the person of your choice afterwards.

Our orders are dispatched from France and prepared Monday to Friday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are complimentary for all orders delivered within France. For other countries, please consult the rates HERE.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. You are invited to choose between:

• An exchange for another size
• Receive a return in the form of a store credit (gift card) to the value of the returned item(s) (eurozone only)
• Get a refund

Upon receipt of your item, we will process your return.
